The fascinating thing is, many of us know the importance of strong team to achieve something remarkable. But its a huge difference between what they know and what the apply. Strong teams are the foundation of successful organizations. So if team do not work well together,lots of problem arise such as conflicts in environvment, misunderstandings, miss their project deadlines and many others.
